Overproof Studio ("Overproof", "we", "us" or "our") operates the website overproof.studio (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information when you visit the Site or engage with our services.

Information you provide directly

When you fill in the booking form, book a call or email us, we collect your name, email address, company name and any other details you choose to share, such as your company's stage, timeline and references.

Calls are booked through Google Calendar appointment scheduling, which is covered by Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our hosting provider processes standard technical information needed to serve and secure it, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't fingerprint your device and doesn't track you across sites. We don't use advertising trackers, and the Site doesn't set tracking cookies.

The Site keeps a few functional settings in your browser's storage, such as a display preference and the email you type on the homepage so the booking form can fill it in. They stay on your device and aren't sent to us until you submit the form.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your enquiries and schedule calls
• Keep the Site running and secure, and understand which pages are useful so we can improve them
• Send you information about our services, only if you have asked for it
• Comply with legal obligations

We don't sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

• Cloudflare, which hosts the Site and provides cookieless visit analytics
• Resend, which delivers booking form submissions to our inbox
• Google Calendar, for scheduling calls
• Telegram, if you choose to chat with us there

4. Data retention

We keep your personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. If you'd like us to delete your data, contact us at the address below.
