Overproof partnered with Theo to accomplish a single goal; create a polished identity and digital experience that would instil investors with confidence as they deposited funds into Theo's thBILL — an AAA-rated tokenized treasury fund offering onchain exposure to ULTRA — an institutional U.S. Treasury strategy managed by Wellington Management and operated via FundBridge Capital, with tokenization infrastructure by Libeara (Standard Chartered) and thUSD — an innovative yield-bearing stablecoin powered by gold markets. Our challenge was to combine the feeling of credibility a trusted financial institution exudes with the visionary ideas of a company building the next stage of financial infrastructure. The result had to house cutting-edge tokenized products and yield-generating strategies under a cohesive brand and product experience that felt engaging-yet-sophisticated, confident, trustworthy, institutional and inevitable.

We delivered end-to-end design, brand strategy, complete visual identity, GTM and launch campaign creative, product strategy + UI/UX, web and design systems, and ongoing design support, so Theo could ship fast while staying cohesive across product, socials, and narrative.

Since launch, Theo has raised $20M across two rounds and gained $212M+ in TVL with roughly ~$4.7M in annualized fees tracked across supported chains.
